The Greater Jackson Kappa Foundation strengthens our community by supporting education, leadership, and youth development through scholarships, grants, tutoring, and career opportunities.

We envision a Greater Jackson community where every young person has access to the resources, mentorship, and opportunity needed to achieve their full potential — and where the legacy of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity's commitment to achievement endures for generations to come.
Our Purpose
The purpose of this Corporation is exclusively charitable, literary and educational. Further, the purpose of this Corporation is to engage in community building; to act as a liaison and to facilitate the Jackson Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., its members and others in service to the surrounding community involved in philanthropic initiatives in awarding grants and scholarships by generating revenue and acquiring necessary assets, including but not limited to, real estate, intellectual property and other property, to achieve such goals and objectives.
The Corporation will help to provide young people with academically oriented services such as tutoring, leadership training and career exposure in the form of grants.
